The Allen 446 Hovertrim lawn mowers use an impeller to force air along the underside of the deck, enabling it to hover slightly above the ground and sucking the grass into an upright precision to guarantee a clean and even cut. The circulating air stream also holds grass in the cutter deck where it is re-cut many times before being ejected into the turf to rapidly decompose and return nutrients to the soil. The Allen 446 Hovertrim lawn mowers can also manipulate this stream of air to provide faster movement than traditional wheeled lawn mowers. The Oregon FlexiBlade system is safer than a bar blade, is quick and easy to change and gives a clean cut with minimal bruising.
