The Bosch AXT RAPID180 chipper shredders have a 1800 W high-speed Powerdrive motor with high torque cutting power. The Bosch AXT RAPID180 will effortlessly shred branches up to 3.3 cm in diameter. The stand offers greater stability and wheels are fitted for easy transportation. An overload cut-out protects the motor and gears. Anti-start up protection provides extra safety in the event of a power cut and the large on/off switch has a child proof feature.Weighs only 11.5 kg. For the user's safety the AXT RAPID180 has an innovative hopper design that requires the use of a plunger to drive material through to the cutter blades because red flaps and a restricted opening reduce the hazard of coming into contact with the cutting blades.
