  1. STEPHEN salmons

Great saw for small to medium sized jobs. Easy to start too

  2. Jtbinley

Easily put together, put fuel and oil in,prime it and three pulls it started.
Cut an Ash tree up in no time, light and easy to use.
Pleased with it at the moment time will tell how good it really is.

  3. Dave Meredith

Great chainsaw, starts pretty much first pull and slices through old logs effortlessly. I use pre mixed fuel which avoids gumming up the carb which killed off my old chainsaw.
After just 2 weeks of use it has already paid for itself, so great value for money too!

  4. Dean Levett

Excellent saw. Just what I need for cutting up my logs ready for splitting. Checked out other reviews and it seemed to come out on top.

  5. Stuart Hall

So far so good it works well

  6. Mr H Brown

Good service and competitive pricing & a great piece of kit many thanks

  7. Robert Marvin

Arrived well packaged was easy to assemble and started easily. So far has done everything expected of a saw of this size

  8. Alan Rowbottom

Excellent, worked as expected, only used on 6-8 inch branches, but with a 14 inch chain can’t see why larger branches should be a problem, would buy again.

  9. Colin Powell

Supplier ? First class. I developed doubts that they would meet the quoted transaction delivery time – but they did. So, 10/10.

Chainsaw ? I needed an urgent replacement for my 236 (gummed-up carb) – with a pile of firewood logs looking at me and with winter approaching, at £150 it made sense to buy a 120, and then fix the 236 ‘whenever’ … The 120 starts and runs well, so again 10/10.

Needless to say, I’ll be running the 120 dry before over-winter storage in future.

  10. S Davey

Sadly very poor. Ran for about 30 mins then stopped. It has correct oil and fuel. Doesn’t appear to be sparking

  11. Andy Brewster

    Great chainsaw

  12. David Woodland

Correction: 100ml bottle of oil (suppliedl not 50 ml!!

  13. David Woodland

Great little chainsaw except for one very annoying flaw. I mixed 5 litres of Supreme Unleaded (97) from Texaco with a 50ml bottle of oil but the saw keeps stopping for no apparent reason. It would start on the first pull of the cord each time after stopping but would do the the same thing a few minutes later. This was the first time of use. Obviously it is a new chainsaw and freshly mixed fuel so most of the remedies I have looked up aren’t relevant (blocked filters, old fuel etc). Any suggestions for remedy gratefully received.

    • Garden Machinery Direct

For this machine Husqvarna recommend using an E10 (Ethanol blended) fuel; switching to this should solve your problem.

  14. Mark suart

Powerful chainsaw really good value for money so glad I chose to buy this one .

  15. Phil

This very small, very light chainsaw is a beast!
Easy start, excellent for limbing off a ladder and absolutely shreds!
Unless your doing lots of huge tree felling, this machine will do the job and is a pleasure to handle.
Husqvarna is right up there with stihl in my experience.
