With growing concerns over the environment, the R48 mower has been developed to reduce garden waste through 'Recycling' technology. This feature is operated by simply moving a lever into the recycling position. This helps maintain a healthy and green lawn by re-circulating the grass clippings into a fine mulch and then returning them to the lawn where they rapidly decompose, putting nutrients back into the soil. Where recycling is not appropriate or desirable, such as on particularly long grass, the R48 also offers the user the choice of rear discharge or rear collection. Smooth auto-drive system automatically adjusts to your walking speed. Comfortable full width bail arm and drive system controls. Quick release handlebar for easy height adjustment and storage.
