The revolutionary design of the Hayter Spirit 41 lawn mowers introduces an aluminium skeleton chassis into the construction with tough plastic formed covers and underdeck. The lightweight aluminium chassis adds robustness to this light and manoeuvrable lawn mower. All key components requiring strength are securely mounted to the aluminium chassis - these include the engine, handlebars, grassbag, height of cut adjustment mechanism, rear roller, gearbox assembly and front wheel axle. To reduce weight the remainder of the machine is made of high impact resistant ABS polymer. The material on the underdeck reduces noise and aids collection performance. The Hayter Spirit 41 lawn mowers feature front fins to noticeably improve the quality of cut and collection. Rubber rimmed wheels with ball race bearings for smooth operation and long life. The cutting height can easily be adjusted through seven positions with the use of a single counter balanced lever. Comfortable full width bail arm with Operator Presence Control (OPC) for safe operation - the machine automatically stops when the operators hand comes out of contact with the handle. Briggs & Stratton series 500 engine reduces emissions while providing power and performance. Friction disc is fitted for a lifetime guarantee against crankshaft bending.
