The HCA-265ES-HD is an articulating long-reach hedge trimmer for commercial users, to easily cut tall and wide hedges without the need for a platform or ladder. It’s a versatile machine with nine cutting presets through 135º for any job at hand, and the head can be adjusted with just one hand to minimise downtime.
Superior petrol performance
The hedge trimmer is powered by a premium 25.4 cc professional grade 2-stroke engine to ensure superior performance. Featuring ES Easy Start system for minimum effort when starting Despite being a petrol-powered machine, it is Stage 2 low emissions compliant.
Heavy duty design for machine longevity
A heavy duty magnesium gear case provides added durability. The commercial-grade felt air filter offers improved filtration, and air filter access is easy without the need for tools. Comfort hasn’t been compromised either, as a soft-grip handle ensures pleasant use.
Long-lasting blade sharpness and a cleaner cut
Laser cut, precision ground nickel-plated blades offer long-lasting sharpness, and the 35 mm blade pitch allows for cutting of a variety of different hedges. A tip protector prevents any accidental damage from nearby hard surfaces. When not in use, the 180º blade position makes it easy to transport and store.

This is my third version of this machine and the addition of the cutter guard impedes the performance. Still a good cutter but not as good as the older versions.

A very good hedge cutter. Excellent quality. Needs to be assembled on delivery – rather onerous, but easy to follow instructions. Very good warranty. Would recommend. The company was competitive in price, although it is at the high end. Only time will tell, if the price is justified.

At least £100 cheaper than its equivalent competitors, yet works just as well and is lightweight considering how long the tool is. Only had a chance to use it once so far, but did the job very well and have a few more large hedge jobs upcoming, so we’re excited to test its metal some more.
