The Honda EM5500S Generators offer the user a high output, quiet operation and a long running time. Featuring a large 25 litre fuel tank, running on unleaded petrol, this model will provide 5500 watts (max) of power for 6.5 hours before requiring a re-fill.
A fuel gauge is fitted to monitor the generator without the need to switch it off. Dual voltage output, 115 / 230 volts, is ideal for running 110 volt power tools or standard 240 volt appliances. Ideal for commercial application, these generators are capable of running most commercial equipment simultaneously. The EM5500S generators provide cleaner electricity than the mains due to an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) that maintains a constant voltage output, regardless of the load, ideal for powering sensitive electronics. Oil Alert switches of the engine when the oil starts to fall below the safe operating limit to prevent engine damage. Multiple outlets with circuit breakers ensure that equipment damage and injury are prevented in the event of a short circuit. A low noise design makes use of a noise reducing muffler to improve working conditions by minimising operational noise. Electric start for reliable and easy starting.
