The new generation Husqvarna 353 chainsaws are easy to use professional models with the latest technological developments included. Their high power, low weight, slim body and high centre of gravity make them both powerful and easy to use. The wide power band makes these chainsaws exceptionally versatile. Easy starting is guaranteed in three ways. Firstly, the engine and starter feature Smart Start technology built into the design to reduce resistance in the cord by 40%. Secondly a fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor and, lastly, an air purger removes air from the carburettor and fuel lines. The Husqvarna 353 chainsaws have a centrifugal air cleaning system to reduce wear on the air filter, lengthening cleaning intervals. For optimum durability these robust chainsaws have a magnesium crankcase and forged three piece crankshaft. This enables the machines to tackle the most demanding of professional applications.
