We have a range of delivery methods and couriers available to you, dependent upon the size and weight of your order. Only the delivery methods applicable to your basket will show at the checkout. Orders will only be dispatched when all items are in stock.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order from our showroom in Worcester (WR5 1HF) or Hereford (HR1 2UA) for FREE. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available to collect (usually within a couple of hours but stock may be at another location so please wait to be contacted before visiting us).

Northern Scotland, Highlands & Offshore

There are size and weight limits as to what we can ship to these areas due to costs and the distance travelled. Please enter your postcode on the basket page to see the delivery method and charge; if there are none available to you, contact us with your order and delivery address and we can provide a quote for delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked24 – £4.49 or FREE on orders over £150

Parcelforce – £19.99

FedEx – from £32.99 – the appropriate price for your basket will show at the checkout. The price is calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order, for an insured service.

Please note these postcodes and prices are dictacted by the courier.

Everywhere else

Due to increased costs and restrictions, it is with regret we do not ship overseas, including Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.


Delivery Need-to-Knows

  • Orders will only be dispatched once all items are in stock; if you require an earlier delivery please place two separate orders.
  • Our couriers may be able to leave your delivery in a safe place, please leave a note at the checkout if applicable and we will pass it on. We cannot guarantee your request will be actioned, and if it is we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Where a machine has been tested some smell/residue of fuel/oil may remain; some machines may have to be repackaged for delivery e.g. some machines arrive to us x2 per box. This is all completely normal but if you have any concerns please contact us.
  • Whilst we do our best to ensure your order will be delivered as per your chosen shipping method, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for delays that occur because of incidents beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions.


Track Your Order

Make sure you have your tracking number to hand (available from your dispatch confirmation email) and use the relevant courier tracking link below.

Royal Mail. They will contact you (via email) with an estimated delivery day and window.

Parcelforce. They will contact you (via text and/ email) with a 1-hour estimated delivery window. Note Parcelforce are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place; it must be received by yourself, a neighbour, or delivered to a local Post Office of delivery depot for your collection.

FedEx. They will contact you (via text and/ email) with a 4-hour estimated delivery window.

Allelys via Palletways. You are unable to track your order, however they will contact you to book in the delivery and you will receive status updates along the way.

Garden Machinery Direct will cover the standard delivery charge, however the surcharge (enforced by the courier) will be charged to the customer as below.
