Comfortable & simple to use

This model uses an easy-starting engine so you can get up and running as quickly as possible, while central cut height adjustment also helps to keep things simple. Ball bearing wheels that are larger at the rear ensure stable, smooth operation, and the handle is ergonomically designed, can have its height adjusted and folds away to allow for easy storage and transportation.

A great mowing experience

With its 53 cm / 21 inch cutting width and Cub Cadet 55 OHV ES 159cc engine, the LM3 DR53es can operate a working area up to 950 m2 per hour. Its four cutting methods include mulching, collecting, plus side and rear discharge. This gives you a great deal of flexibility, allowing you to tailor the finish to your specific needs and the time of year. You have a choice of six cutting heights between 28 and 92 mm, while the collector is 70 litres with a hard top and fill indicator.

Intuitive MYSPEED drive

This is a self-propelled machine, but with a difference. Rather than having a fixed single speed, or conversely a series of complicated controls to set a variety of speeds, the Cub Cadet MYSPEED system uses an innovative handle to detect your walking speed and adjust the mower appropriately. The drive automatically engages when the handle is pressed forwards and then adapts to your walking pace.
