About the HONDA HRH 536 HX Petrol Lawn Mower
The Honda HRH 536 HX is tried and tested for professional’s- the perfect choice for large lawns and tough jobs!
Featuring a high density alloy deck, heavy-gauge handlebar tubing with additional support bracket, a front deck guard, handlebar cable protector, shaft drive and heavy duty gearbox. You can be sure the HRH 536 HX will meet the most demanding needs. Ideal for areas where a striped finish is not needed.
The 4 wheel design of the HX is ideal for large areas of ground where the finish of a roller is not required, and offers excellent traction even in damper conditions. Safety is a paramount concern in everything that Honda build. With their unique Roto-Stop feature, when you let go of the handle, the engine continues to run, but the blade stops – so you can leave the engine running while you empty the grass bag.
A Hydrostatic transmission is fitted for smooth operation at any chosen speed to suit the conditions. Independent height adjusters are fitted to each wheel with a choice of 6 cutting height so you can achieve the finish you want.
A High density, extra thick alloy deck is fitted for strength, and a large 83 litre bag requires less frequent emptying. The easy starting GXV160 OHV engine is fitted to give you power and reliability.
Now comes with a 7 year Honda warranty for domestic use, and 1 year warranty for Professional use.

Obviously a quality product, however I have only used a handful of times and already had to tighten wheel bolts, the bolt holding the drive control loosed and fell out and I had to replace with a unlock replacement. I have now gone round the whole machine and tightened all bolts. Maybe this was a ‘Friday afternoon’ machine, but I would not expect to have to carry out this sort of ‘service’ with a new machine costing over £1,700!

There is no such thing as a ‘Friday afternoon’ machine here! Regardless of when it is being prepared for shipment, we always check, run, and test all Honda lawnmowers prior to shipment. As it’s a pro model, bolts must be checked occassionally as part of routine maintenance. Our aftersales manager has never heard of this complaint in 35+ years, however we will keep your comments in mind should any others arise in the future.
