Petrol Log Splitters have more power and are more flexible to use than electric models as you can use them anywhere where there is no power supply to hand.The new LS65P is fitted with a 6.5hp Briggs and Stratton engine which is easy to start and provides 7 tonnes of force.This vertical design makes it suitable of splitting logs of varius sizes of up to 104cm in length and 32cm in diameter.The LS65P features an adjustable base plate,that can be set at three different settings,which can be used for different sized logs and saves energy.It comes complete with transport wheelsand a handle for easy manoeuverability.It also has an in-built safety feature which is a dual lever operation which requires both hands to be free of the splitting mechanism before it will work.
