This technolgy also helps provide high power without extra weight. Four overflow channels allow for optimum combustion, reducing consumption and guaranteeing high torque over a broad rpm range. The Stihl MS211 chainsaws feature a cyclone air cleaning system which removes 80% of dust particles in the first stage of the system to reduce wear on the foam filter and decrease the frequency at which cleanings are required. An anti-vibration system makes use of buffers in the engine compartment. This significatly reduces the volume of engine oscillations translated to the handle as vibrations, making work more comfortable and safer; intense vibrations can lead to long term effects on the blood vessels. A compensator acts as a controller on the carburettor. When the filter starts to become blocked and the quantity of air in the combustion chamber decreases, the compensator compensates for this by regulating the flow of fuel into the carburettor, keeping a healthy balance of air and fuel and maintaining steady engine power until a filter cleaning is absolutely necessary. The Stihl MS211 chainsaws feature ematic chain lubrication which works with the oilomatic chains to provide pinpoint lubrication for reduced oil consumption while ensuring maximum lubrication and longer wear. Housed under the sprocket cover is a side chain tensioner which allows the user to easily alter the bar and chain without actually needing to touch the sharp saw chain. A single lever master control houses all of the important controlling elements of the machine, including the start, choke, throttle and stop so the operator's hand never needs to stray from the handle. Special filler caps on the fuel and oil tanks can be opened without the use of tools.
