Tool-less filler cap for oil and fuel tanks and convenient single lever master control which incorporates all of the major functions, including the starter, choke, throttle and stop. Stihl have developed the MS230 chainsaws with anti-vibration components placed at key points in the engine to prevent intense oscillations being transferred to the handle where they could lead to long term problems in the blood vessels of the user's hands and arms. An Ematic chain oiling system provides maximum lubrication, longer wear and low oil consumption when using an oliomatic chain. The Ematic system can reduce oil consumption by up to 50% compared to conventional lubrication methods.
