The MBT 480Li from Mountfield is a 48 Volt Lithium-Ion battery, for use with their Freedom48 range of tools. Lightweight cells give long run times, while the no memory effect means the power doesn't fade in use. 

An energy efficient, long lasting battery 

The batteries are energy efficient and have an extremely long battery life. Charge time is 120 minutes, and the lightweight tools they are compatible with are a pleasure to use in all types of garden tasks.

You will have no petrol engine constantly running, and therefore no fumes, and the power is only used when the trigger is pulled.
