This 5.0 Ah power Lithium-ion battery is necessary for powering your cordless power tools. It is compatible with both STIGA’s standard and fast charger, achieving 0-100% charge in 220 minutes and 120 minutes respectively. Whichever tool you use it in whether you’re trimming the hedge or blowing leaves from the garden, the battery adapts to ensure the best performance and efficiency. A charge-level LED indicator in 25% increments is a convenient feature.
This STIGA branded battery is compatible with their 500, 700, and 900 series ranges as well as Mountfield’s freedom 500 series of cordless products.

Purchased 2 x more of these (already have 2 but a large lawn area) – my original 2 does not quite do the job and although the mower will work with 1 and that may have been enough to complete the job, I decided to purchase an additional 2 so I can choose to decide whether or not to run mower in eco mode or full blast and have enough juice for my leaf blower to tidy up.
