COVID-19 Customer Notice

In response to the government announcement last night we wish to reassure our much valued Garden Machinery Direct customers that our website gardenmachinerydirect.co.uk continues to remain open for business as normal and we are still able to continue dispatching machinery and parts with carriers and the Post Office.
Our website displays the current stock levels we hold for each item, so you can have complete confidence to order in the knowledge of actual stock availability and expected delivery dates. For in stock orders we are currently on a 2-4 working day delivery period from the date of order.
Our staff are still available to support the online business by telephone should you need to discuss your requirements and ask advice. As there can be no physical contact when making deliveries, you will not be required to sign any documentation when they are made. Instead, a photograph will be taken and we will email you any necessary documentation. Please check your spam and junk boxes as emails can sometimes be sent to these folders.
This is traditionally a quiet time of year for us when we speak to a lot of customers who want advice on future product requirements and possibly want to trade up to a new machine, whilst others who are servicing their machines ready for the start of the growing season may want to purchase spare parts. Our parts department remains open, ready to help in identifying the correct spare part for the job, as well as our experienced sales team who are happy to advise on the most suitable machine for your requirements.
