A cut above its predecessor, it is the best in its class

The FS 561 C-EM clearing saw has a best-in-class 560 mm cutting diameter, beating the FS 560 C-EM by 80 mm; coupled with the easily-guided bike handlebar this saw is suited to working in larger, open spaces. This models engine has updated components that are more robust to withstand sustained heavy usage. A fuel-free layer within the engine results in more power with a lower weight, reduces fuel consumption by up to 20%, and significantly lowers exhaust emissions.

C-EM explained

C stands for comfort model, and this clearing saw features a newly designed handlebar and an improved anti-vibration system for user comfort. E stands for ErgoStart which is STIHL’s easy starting technology, cutting the effort required to start the saw in half. M stands for M-Tronic which is their fully electronic engine management system; it takes external conditions into consideration to ensure consistent engine performance, and it remembers previous settings to ensure optimum performance every time you start up.

Everything is included to get you going

The FS 561 C-EM clearing saw comes equipped with a WoodCut 225-24 circular saw blade; a line head can also be applied if purchased separately. The included advance forestry harness is ergonomic and light, and reduces user fatigue from continuous operation of the saw.
