Hayter’s toughest heavy-duty lawnmower.
Model 479B Harrier PRO has been designed and engineered for the professional gardener and landscaper.
The machine has a large 19 inch / 48 cm cutting width which is ideal for 1-2 tennis court size lawns. The ground speed of the machine is fixed at 3.2 mph allowing a more productive day.
Professional features
Featuring a crank safe blade brake clutch system, which provides a lifetime warranty against the crankshaft bending due to hitting solid objects whilst working. Also complete with a front bumper, which provides protection to the deck and wheels.
Deck
To allow a steady flow of clippings in the grass bag the deck has a blade profiled using aerospace technology, producing a more powerful flow and improved collection performance. The clippings exit from the top right of the collector minimising clogging and ensuring the grass bag is filled to capacity, increasing productivity. Vari pitch will automatically adjust the pitch angle of the cutting deck, which increases airflow.
The height of cut can be easily managed due to the single counterbalance lever for a fast adjustment. The height of cut ranges from 13 – 60 mm. Cleaning the deck is also important to make sure you are getting the best performance from your machine. You are able to clean the deck by using the easy wash hose connector port, which is placed conveniently on the machine.
