The HRX 476 QY can handle even the largest of lawns with power and ease.
The HRX 476 QY is a fantastic mower, which is full of industry leading smart innovations that you would expect from Honda. The machine is designed with the user convenience in mind, making gardening less of a strenuous task. Self-propulsion removes the need to push the mower across the lawn, so that hills and inclines less of a challenge .
The intelligent auto-choke system automatically sets the choke to give optimum starting and running in all conditions, meaning you can start mowing when you want to, and don’t have to worry about technology letting you down.
The Roto-Stop blade break clutch lets you stop the blades but leave the engine running, allowing you to traverse gravel and driveways without losing self-propulsion or damaging the mower.
A redesigned recoil grip is both soft to the touch and moulded to fit the hand, making starting the mower an easy task rather than an awkward rowing exercise! The handle features quick release height adjustment to make sure you can alter the height of the handles to better suit your need. In addition to this the arms of the handle easily folds over, so the machine to be stored in compact areas.
An easy to operate fuel cap is designed for ease of use, and the ratchet system ensures it cannot be over tightened. The mower itself is highly durable, and the blade is designed to twist rather than break in case of impact, meaning that you wont have to replace the entire mower if an accident occurs. You can just swap the blade out and continue mowing.
The HRX 476 QY also features a rear roller, which gives your lawn a classic stripped effect. Far from simply a cosmetic feature, the rear roller also provides greater balance and traction, letting you have greater control over this already fantastic mower.
The Honda core range comes with a 7 year domestic or 1 year professional warranty.

Very pleased with my new Honda mower, took some getting used to after having used Hayters for the last 20+ years. Cuts well and starts from cold on the second pull. I only have one personal problem that makes using the mower a little difficult, namely an arthritic thumb which makes holding the yellow button and cutting means lever in position very painful after a while. Otherwise all good including delivery.

I had the previous model and was very please with it. The main benefit is the clutch on the blade which prevents the blade rotating unless the clutch is engaged. If possible an improvement to the mower would be making the travel speed adjustable.

My old mower , a Honda , same size and features and used ever Year for 17 years cutting a minimum of 2 hours per week in growing season , excellent machine but I do not think the quality is the same and I suspect it will not last
