A heavy-duty log splitter
The LSH 520/5 horizontal log splitter from AL-KO is ideal for heavy-duty domestic use of splitting firewood. It will easily split logs up to 52 cm long and has a splitting force of 5 Tonnes. It is built with high quality powder-coated steel parts to protect against rust and corrosion for long-lasting use.
Safety is paramount
The splitter has a wide, elevated platform for stable operation and feet that can be easily inserted for a convenient working height. A safety guard isolates the splitting area for user safety, and double activated switches ensure maximum safety by only allowing operation if both switches are engaged simultaneously. Wheels allow for easy transportation and wide tyres facilitate safe movement on uneven ground e.g. lawns, tarmac.
