A fantastic multi-purpose tool
Powered by a 1300 watt motor, this scarifier has a 37cm working width, and features an interchangeable lawnrake system. The 38E is the perfect tool for removing moss and thatch from your lawn, providing the perfect healthy looking lawn. The scarifier and lawnrake cassettes can be easily switched without the need for tools, which means you can easily change the function of the machine to suit the job in hand.
Adjustable height
A 5 stage central height adjuster makes sure that you can always change the working depth when scarifying. This is a great feature as blades that are too close to the ground are worn out unnecessarily, and can cause damage to the grass roots. For the best results, the blades should only just touch the ground when scarifying. With its 5 unique settings, the Comfort 38E makes sure you’ll always get the perfect depth.
Easy storage & fatigue-free operation
The handlebar is also height-adjustable, allowing fatigue-free working as you can get it at just the right level for you. This also means you can store it away more easily, able to be sized down to a compact form.

Well made and far more robust than my previous scarifier. I researched extensively before buying and wanted a machine that held a lot of grass and didn’t pop out every 5 secs. And this does exactly that. It is stronger and vigorous than the one before and . I made the mistake of starting it on a low setting and it ploughed the gras !! ( I didn’t have the height choice on my old one). Anyway I increased the height and it pulled out all the old dead thatch without tearing up the lawn. It’s surprisingly light and easy to manoeuvre too. Yes it’s expensive but does the job quickly and efficiently. I have no regrets
