ELIET C550 ZR Petrol Scarifier

A professional scarifier for large-scale dethatching

Dethatching is a big job especially for landscapers and groundsmen, but the Eliet C550 ZR Scarifier will make the task comfortable and efficient. ​This commercial quality scarifier has a large 55 cm working width and ‘collects’ moss and thatch before discharging it via the side deflector into a narrow verge, both of which make collection and clean-up up to 50% quicker. A rubber track roller leaves an aesthetic striping pattern on the lawn. 

Not your average blades

The Permanently Sharp Blades^TM are self-sharpening so never lose their grip and are spaced every 15 mm, ensuring excellent performance every time. They are also ultra-thin and do not cut through the roots to minimise the damage to the lawn for quicker recovery. Forward rotating blades increase the scarifiers efficiency by 30% compared to standard backwards rotating blades, as they grab the felt layer more easily enabling more thatch to be pulled out, without affecting user comfort.

Additional features

The Honda GX200 engine is easy to start, and provides ample power for the task at hand. The wheels are fitted with mud scrapers to prevent any mud and other debris from sticking to the wheels, ensuring a smooth and even finish every time. 

High user comfort levels are ensured

The C550 ZR is a self-propelled scarifier with a constant speed of 2.5 km/hr, meaning the effort required by the operator is minimal for maximum efficiency. The steering handle is both adjustable in height and vibration-absorbing for user comfort. The side deflector ensures no debris is directed towards the users feet.
