Powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine

STIHL’s 2-MIX technology ensures a high power output and excellent torque levels while reducing fuel consumption by up to 20 percent. It combines a four channel cylinder with a stratified charge system, with up to 70% lower exhaust emissions compared to non 2-MIX STIHL 2-stroke engines.

This engine also comes with the M-Tronic system, which is a fully electronic engine management system that adjusts ignition timing and fuel metering in all operating modes. It takes into account external factors such as temperature, altitude and fuel quality, ensuring consistent engine performance and easy starting.

Easy to use

With the M-Tronic system remembering the settings from the last time you started the machine and STIHL’s ErgoStart system that ensures reliable starting even at temperatures below freezingl. A multi-function control handle facilitates easy, comfortable, thumb-operated control, so your hand never has to leave the handle. Electric starting is new to this model, allowing you to start the machine at the push of a button.

Comfortable control

An anti-vibration system is built into this machine, with the oscillations from the engine being dampened, significantly reducing vibrations at the handle. The carrying harness spreads the machine’s weight, allowing you to work for longer without fatigue, while the loop handle allows you to work in tight areas without a problem. A detachable shaft (which can be removed without the need to use any tools) makes for easy storage and transport.
