Multiple engine options to combat any challenge

To allow you to get just the right setup, you can select either a Honda GX270 8.4hp petrol engine, a Honda GX340 10.7hp petrol engine, or a Kohler KD350 6.1hp diesel engine. The Honda GX270 is the cost-effective option, while being available with a choice of recoil or electric starting. The GX340 is a recoil start model, while the Kohler diesel engine is again available with a choice of starting methods.

These are all absolute top quality and reliable engines, providing the power for the extra working speeds (three forward and three reverse) that allow the 738 to operate even more implements.

Comfortable, durable & easy to work with

Larger wheels and a locking differential ensures excellent manoeuvrability even when working on uneven terrain, with additional advantages to on-the-spot turning. You can adjust the machine’s handlebars to suit your stature, and an optional quick coupling system can be purchased so that working with multiple implements is easier than ever.

As well as the trademark reliability of the Honda or Kohler engines, this machine also has a PowerSafe clutch, enjoying a 5 year warranty as a sign of its quality. Choose an electric start option for even easier operation.

Excellent compatibility with over 20 implements

Strong PTO gears, 180 degree rotating handlebars and the engine options with extra working speeds allow the BCS 738 to work with a huge array of implements, including scythe cutter bars, flail and rotary mowers, a chipper-shredder and ground cultivation equipment, such as a ridger, potato lifter, plough and rotavator. Basically every implement you could need to complete a vast range of work with a single power unit.

Comes with a 3 year conditional domestic warranty and a 2 year commercial warranty.
