This model has 519 mm double reciprocating blades that are adjustable through 90 degrees for complete versatility. The blades are laser cut, precision ground and nickel-plated, for long-lasting sharpness, while because they are double-reciprocating they provide a cleaner cut and are self-sharpening due to the teeth design. The 21.2cc 2-stroke low emission engine gives high performance, with an extended product life & less downtime.

Easy to use with high-quality design

The engine has an easy start system allowing you to get up and running quickly and effortlessly. Because the HCAS-236ES LW has a magnesium gear case (significantly lighter than an aluminium one), the machine as a whole is lighter and easier to handle. The gear case is also greaseable, ensuring easier maintenance and a longer life, while a commercial-grade felt air filter provides improved filtration.

Comfortable & versatile operation

So that you can easily cut more of your hedges with better precision, this model features one-handed adjusting of the cutter head, through 90 degrees. It is a loop-handled machine, excelling in close quarters or tight situations. When you’re not operating the machine, the vertical fuel filler neck means you can refill it more easily, without spillage, and the tool-less air filter cover enables easy access even with gloves on.
