STIHL’s newest engine unit from their multi-tool collection
A robust and powerful cordless KombiEngine with an AP battery slot for professional working especially in noise sensitive environments. It features a loop handle for comfortable working in tighter positions and for facilitating excellent precision. It is compatible with all KombiTools excluding the FSB-KM brushcutter; attachments include grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, a blower, and a bristle brush.
Designed for efficient working beneficial to commercial users
The quick-release coupling allows quick attaching and detaching of the KombiTools, for fuss-free working and easy transport and storage. The handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and efficient usage; the 3-stage speed control and an in-built LED display encourage longer running times.
Built to withstand years of professional use
STIHL’s brushless electric motor (EC) is very energy efficient and virtually maintenance free. The metal mesh air filter ensures optimum engine cooling, a long service life, and is easy to clean.
Part of STIHL’s AP battery series
Sold here as the shell only, an appropriate AP battery and compatible charger are required to operate the KombiEngine. Purchase of the shell is ideal for those who already have a compatible battery and charger in their fleet, or those who want the freedom to choose appropriate accessories based on performance and cost. The recommended set-up includes the AP 300 S battery and the AL 500 quick charger. It’s also suitable for use with STIHL backpack batteries, the AR 2000 L being the recommended choice.
