About the STIHL Smart Connector 2 A
Day-to-day, the STIHL connected App keeps a record of all tools including their location, run time, and important operational data. It also keeps each tools’ service record and prompts when servicing is needed. Through the app you can book a service with your nearest STIHL Approved Dealer, and give them advanced access to see what work will be required. On the smart connector itself, you can press a button for a quick LED indication of the status of the machine.

Smart connector 2 A compatible models
All 135 models (HLA, FSA, KMA, HTA), RGA 140, HSA 130 R, HSA 130 T, BGA 300, MSA 300. Selected models have a designated space built in for the connector to fit. Otherwise it can be screwed on or mounted using the adhesive pad.
