Payment Options

We want paying for your order to be simple, secure and convenient. We offer a range of payment methods, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you.

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Secure online payments

Payments made through our website are processed securely by established payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is submitted through their secure payment systems.

Depending on the payment method you select, you may be asked to complete an additional security check with your card provider, bank, Klarna or PayPal.

Ways you can pay

Credit and debit cards

We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may be asked to confirm your payment using your bank’s usual identity-verification process.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

You can use Apple Pay or Google Pay to complete your purchase using the payment details stored in your digital wallet.

Select your preferred option at checkout and approve the payment using your device’s usual security method.

Link by Stripe

Link is Stripe’s express-checkout service. If you already use Link, you can select it at checkout and pay using your saved payment details.

If you have not used Link before, you may be given the option to create a Link account for faster checkout in the future. You do not need to use Link to pay by card.

Amazon Pay

You can also pay using the payment details saved to your Amazon account. Select Amazon Pay at checkout, sign in to your Amazon account and approve the payment.

You are still purchasing from us; Amazon Pay simply processes your chosen payment method.

PayPal

You can choose PayPal at checkout and complete your payment using your PayPal account or one of the payment methods offered by PayPal.

You will be taken to PayPal to approve the transaction before returning to our website to complete your order.

Pay by bank

You can also pay directly from your bank through the Stripe payment gateway. If this option is available for your order and bank, select Pay by bank at checkout and follow the instructions provided.

Your bank may ask you to sign in or approve the payment using its app or online banking service.

Klarna

Klarna may be available if you would prefer to spread or defer the cost of your purchase.

Transaction-value limits apply, so Klarna will only be displayed when your order falls within the permitted range. Availability is also subject to Klarna’s eligibility checks, terms and conditions.

If Klarna is available for your order, you will see it as a payment option at checkout. Klarna will provide details of the available payment plan before you confirm your purchase.

Paying by Stripe payment link

If you are having difficulty completing your payment through our website, please contact us. In some circumstances, we can send you a secure Stripe payment link so that you can complete your payment separately.

The link will take you to Stripe’s secure checkout, and your payment will be processed in the same secure Stripe environment used for payments made through our website.

For your protection, only use payment links sent directly by us. If you receive a link that you were not expecting or are unsure whether it is genuine, do not enter your payment details. Please contact us first so that we can confirm it.

Having trouble making a payment?

If your payment is declined, please check that the information you have entered is correct and that your billing details match those held by your card provider or bank.

You can also try another available payment method or contact your bank for more information. For security reasons, banks and payment providers do not always tell us why a payment has been declined.
