Precision Cutting with Anti-Clog Blade Design

Featuring a dual-blade system with anti-clog serrated edges, the 100cm Laser® cutter bar cuts cleanly through tough vegetation up to 1 inch in diameter. Brambles, bracken, tall grass, and even first-year saplings are no match for its scissor-like action, which cuts cleanly at the base and leaves the plant material whole. This makes it a perfect choice for traditional haymaking and wildflower management.

The top blade glides from side to side, fitted with sharp triangular teeth that maintain high performance through dense or damp conditions. Despite its smaller width, the 100cm bar excels in areas where control and access are key.

Perfect for Tight Spaces and Hard-to-Reach Areas

Thanks to its compact size and front-mounted design, this cutter bar is ideal for working under fences, around tree trunks, near garden features, and along waterways. The cutting height is adjustable between ¾ inch (2cm) and 3¼ inches (8cm) by altering the skids mounted on each side, allowing you to adapt quickly to different terrain or vegetation.

Economical and Flexible Compatibility

Efficient by design, the Laser® scythe requires no more than a quarter throttle to operate effectively, keeping fuel consumption low while ensuring reliable results. The 100cm model is compatible with the BCS 706, 710, and 728 (short oil bath transmission only) and with the BCS 738 using either short or long oil bath transmission.
