About the BCS Power Harrow Attachment
Effortlessly level & prepare the ground for turfing or seeding.
Available with a choice of widths and three types of roller, this is a great way to achieve a fantastic surface for future work.
An excellent harrow
Unlike rotavators, the power harrow uses vertically rotating blades that don’t dig in as far, between 2 cm (1 inch) and 13 cm (5 inches) on the 60 cm model, or down to 16 cm (6 inches) on the 75 cm model. This means you won’t be bringing roots to the surface of the soil and helps to prevent destruction of the soil structure. The digging height is easily adjusted simply by moving the pin into one of the top bar holes.
With three rollers available
As the tines dig, the levelling blade then levels the earth before the rear roller efficiently compacts it. You have the choice of a mesh roller, ideal for dry conditions, a cage roller, specialised for wet conditions, or a solid roller. Sprung loaded side plates ensure damage from bricks and other solid objects is minimised.
Requires an additional coupler if your power unit is fitted with the Implement Quick Coupling, while the BCS 750 and CAMON C15 also need a coupler with their unique quick coupling system. Compatible with the BCS 740, BCS 750, CAMON C13 and CAMON C15, but please refer to the chart below for more info:
