Standard Delivery

  • Pallet Delivery: £7.99 or FREE on orders over £100
  • Delivery by Us: FREE for ride-on mowers/tractors within 100 miles of WR5 1HF. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.

Note: Some SCH products ship directly from the manufacturer and may incur a delivery fee. Bulky items may also require a delivery surcharge, which will be clearly displayed on applicable product pages.

Express Shipping 

  • Next Day (Parcelforce/FedEx): £29.99—Order by 1 pm Monday-Friday for next working day delivery.
  • Saturday Delivery (Parcelforce only): £29.99—Order by 1 pm Friday for Saturday delivery.
  • Express Pallet: £39.99—Delivery within 1-2 working days

We do not ship to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland due to increased costs and courier restrictions.

Track Your Order

Track your order using the link in your dispatch confirmation email. Here’s how each courier manages tracking:

  • Royal Mail: Email updates with delivery date and time.
  • Parcelforce: 1-hour delivery window notification via email/SMS. Parcels must be signed for or collected from a local depot/Post Office.
  • FedEx: 4-hour delivery window via email/SMS.
  • Pallet Deliveries: Delivery is pre-booked, and you will receive status updates directly.

Delivery Need-to-Knows

  • Orders are only shipped when all items are in stock. If you need items sooner, consider placing separate orders.
  • If you’d like your parcel left in a safe place, add a note at checkout. We’ll pass on your request, but it is not guaranteed. If your parcel is left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for its security, and we are not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Some machinery may contain residual fuel/oil due to testing, and some machines may be repackaged for delivery.
