Delivery Information

Dear Customer

Over recent months we have seen an exceptional unprecedented volume of orders, and unavoidably there has been a delay in you receiving your orders.

Currently, all orders will now be dispatched within 1- 2 working days i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays, providing we have stock (stock availability is available on each product page, or you can call us for confirmation).

You will receive an email when your order is on its way so you know when to expect delivery.

We still ask that customers bear with us and instead of telephoning, where possible please email us with any concerns and we will get back to you as soon as we can, as our limited staff are being slowed down by the volume of calls.

Rest assured we are still open and we are working as hard as we can to turn orders around as soon as possible. Your support and patience is much appreciated.

UK Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £150* 
Orders over £150* will benefit from free delivery to UK mainland only. Scottish Highlands, islands, and some remote postcodes incur an additional charge - if you are unsure, just enter your postcode on the basket page to see any additional charges. Orders under £150 will incur a delivery charge, please choose from the delivery methods at the checkout. 

Pallet delivery
Heavy items are loaded onto a pallet and may take an additional 2-3 working days to arrive on top of our standard delivery timescale*.

Tractor and ride-on mower delivery
Tractors and ride-ons can only be delivered within 100 miles of our branches. Contact us prior to ordering for pricing to your location, if outside that range. Our head office postcode is WR5 1HF., whilst our Hereford branch is located in HR1 2UA.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay issues beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions and courier mistakes. 

Delivery Carriers

We use a variety of delivery companies, such as FedEx, Tooles Transport and DPD. For smaller, stocked items under 30 kg and less than 1 metre in length, you can usually choose to have these shipped with Standard Delivery (with TNT or FedEx depending on the product), or Premium DPD Delivery, which provides the benefit of a 1 hour delivery slot and customisable delivery date and locations. You will receive an email and text message with the delivery information upon dispatch. For more information, view the DPD website.

If you are ordering multiple items or larger products, we will use a different carrier.

Our delivery carriers are usually willing to leave items in a safe place if you are out. Please use the comments box when ordering to specify a location, but note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of them being left unattended, based on your instructions. 

Saturday/Sunday Delivery (subject to items being in stock, please call us to confirm stock status prior to ordering)

Certain products can be ordered for Saturday or Sunday delivery at a surcharge of £18. This only applies to items currently in stock and when the order is placed before 12pm on the Friday before the weekend in question. Note that if you are ordering multiple items, we may not be able to ship these for a weekend delivery due to size and weight restrictions, so we would advise you contact us before ordering in these cases. Please contact us for more information if you need further assistance.

International Shipping

For a quote on shipping to your country outside of the UK, please email us with your full delivery address, and exactly what you'd like to order as we will need to determine the weight of the parcel for a quote. We regret that we are unable to ship to Ireland currently, due to the increased regulations by our courier. 

Further Delivery Need-to-knows

Packaging

All the machinery we sell is brand new (unless specifically indicated), and is tested by the manufacturer's trained technicians before delivery. This means there may be traces of oil or fuel, and  very minor signs of use on your machine, and it may not be in its original box. However rest assured you will be receiving a brand new and otherwise unused machine. Products are often also repackaged - not necessarily in branded packaging - to ensure safe delivery and to also reuse packaging. This is totally normal, but if you have any worries about this please do contact us. 

Out of stock items
Please be aware that if your order contains items which are currently out of stock (see the availability status on each individual product page) your order will be dispatched in full when ALL items are available. If you require any in stock products sooner, please place multiple orders ensuring any out of stock items are excluded from the order you require for immediate delivery.
