Great Britain (Mainland Only)

Standard Delivery

FREE standard delivery on orders over £100, excluding any applicable delivery surcharges.

Ride-on Mowers & Tractors

We offer FREE delivery by our own team within 100 miles of Worcester (WR5 1HF). For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for a quote.

Some SCH products dispatched directly from the manufacturer and certain bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Where applicable, these are clearly indicated on the product page.

Express Delivery

Express delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the service and destination. Available options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Express delivery services are subject to availability, with estimated delivery dates confirmed at checkout.

Collect your order for FREE from our Worcester (WR5 1HF) or Hereford (HR1 2UA) stores.

Please wait for your collection confirmation email before visiting, as some items may need to be transferred between locations.

Areas We Don’t Deliver To

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland due to courier restrictions and additional costs.

Track Your Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

You can track your parcel directly with the courier and, where available, manage your delivery using a range of in-flight options. Depending on the courier and service, these may include delivery updates, changing your delivery date or selecting an alternative delivery location.

Pallet Deliveries: These are arranged separately, with delivery pre-booked and updates provided directly.

Important Delivery Information

• Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched once all items are in stock. If you need certain items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
• Safe Place Requests: You can request a safe place for your delivery by adding a note at checkout. We’ll pass this to the courier, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Machinery Deliveries: Some machinery may contain residual fuel or oil from testing, and certain machines may be repackaged for safe delivery.
