About the BCS Quick Coupling Assembly
The BCS Implement Quick Coupling Assembly is designed to make changing implements on your BCS two-wheel tractor fast, easy, and completely tool-free. Whether you’re switching from a rotavator to a mower or from a brush to a snow plough, this simple yet robust system saves time and keeps you working efficiently.
The assembly consists of two precision-engineered parts: one attaches securely to the power unit, while the other is fitted to the implement. Once installed, changing implements is as simple as lifting the red release pin and sliding the attachment off. The new implement can then be slid into place and locked, ready for immediate use.
For each additional implement you own, you will also need either an additional coupling (for powered implements) or a blank coupling (for non-powered implements). This ensures every attachment is ready to be swapped over in seconds without removing couplings from other implements.
Compatibility
The BCS Quick Coupling Assembly is suitable for the following power units: BCS 710, BCS 728, BCS 738, BCS 740, BCS 780HY, BCS 614, BCS 615, BCS 618, BCS 630, and BCS 630WS.
Please note: The BCS 660HY and BCS 750 models feature a built-in quick coupling system which uses a different design. If you own one of these models, check the specific coupling requirements before purchasing.
With its durable build, smooth operation, and time-saving design, the BCS Quick Coupling Assembly is the perfect solution for anyone using multiple attachments. Whether you are a professional landscaper, smallholder, or dedicated home gardener, this coupling system ensures your BCS machine is always ready for the next job.

Bit fiddly to change implements but I think it’s probably a combination of new tightness and inexperience in the knack.
