The Honda HF 2417 HTE Premium Petrol Lawn Tractor comes with a 530 cc Honda OHC V-twin 4-stroke GCV 530 engine, electromagnetic blade brake clutch, and hydrostatic transmission. Powerful, reliable and very efficient, this Honda engine has a rated power output of 9.7 kW (13 hp), top speed of 8.2 kmph, and meets strict EU regulations on emissions.

The Cutting Deck

The 102 cm (40-inch) steel cutter deck is fitted with two razor-sharp blades and seven different cutting height positions, ranging between 29 and 90 mm. It is constructed from robust steel and finished with an anti-corrosive paint for a smooth and attractive appearance.

And thanks to Honda’s synchronous blade cut technology, both of the blades’ cutting areas overlap, so you’ll get no uncut patches of grass, even when you’re turning the machine.

Maintain Your Honda Products Properly

To keep your Honda petrol machinery running at its best, use standard pump fuels such as SP95, SP98, or SP95-E10.
While Honda doesn’t supply alkylate fuel, its use is permitted.

It’s important to always add a fuel stabiliser, especially if you’re storing fuel for more than a few weeks, as this helps prevent engine issues and keeps the fuel fresh.

Fuel should be stored in small amounts (no more than 5 litres) in a sealed container, away from heat and sunlight. Use within one month unless treated with a stabiliser.

At the end of the season—or if the machine won’t be used for a while—it’s recommended to drain the fuel tank and follow the storage advice in the user manual.
