I needed a smaller solution to a full chainsaw to cut through thicker branches when pruning at height that also gave me some reach. This tool when attached to the Husqvarna base unit works superbly well. The saw cuts through quite thick branches like butter. I’ve not tried it yet at its maximum cutting diameter but have used it on branches at least 100mm in diameter and it works brilliantly.
