Firstly, the screw driver was not included (which it was supposed to be) so I had to purchase one for it.
Secondly, long tube attachment does not stay on when the machine is on. It simply detaches and blows off. No matter how much I follow the instructions and try to securely attach it, it just comes off. I actually now have to use duct tape to attach t which is completely outrageous. The end bit that you push and lock into place attaches securely.
The product itself is easy to start, light but it’s too cumbersome to manoeuvre, so it’s suitable for big jobs and one directional.
In other words, when you want to blow one direction, you have to ensure you are constantly moving in one direction as it doesn’t stop, otherwise the second you change direction, what you’ve just blown gets moved into the clean area.
Thirdly, it’s difficult to store when you’ve finished the job because it’s L shaped and you have to disassemble and reassemble it everytime you use it.
If I could return it, I would.
