About the STIHL Flat Curved Nozzle (BG/SH)
An additional nozzle to enable work tough, concentrated working
Due to its narrow profile, this flat nozzle ensures high air speed that makes it ideal for removing stuck on debris such as wet leaves. Its curved shape also means you can more accurately target dirt, while being able to reach under foliage and other obstacles. It is compatible with the STIHL BG 56 C-E, BG 86 C-E and BGE 71 blowers, and SH 56 C-E, SH 86 C-E and SHE 71 vacuum shredders.

Excellent device. If your leaves have been on the lawn/gravel for even a short time, you’ll know how they can become almost ’embedded’ and stuck in the blades of the grass/gravel. This device directs a more concentrated flow of air on a downward trajectory that loosens the leaves more easily – I didn’t have much complaint about the standard blower nozzle but this offers a noticeable improvement. As other users have suggested, it’s also good for clearing under hedges/bushes etc.

Fits on securely and easily and well-made but it forces the blower to tilt and increase the effort required to direct the blower and leaves where you want them to go. Tend to use the straight nozzle so I wouldn’t recommend this attachment.

Looks tough and am sure the angled section added to the machine will make it a lot easier when blowing leaves along the ground
