Product fine however would have been helpful if you stated that the hedge trimmer attachment comes without the shaft now I have a brand new head and still can’t use it disappoint if I’m honest

It looks like the review was left on the wrong product — the one you reviewed does include the shaft. However, your order was for the hedge trimmer head only, which does not come with a shaft. This is also shown clearly in the product image.
We also state in the product description that this head is designed specifically for the STIHL HL 94, which already comes with both the shaft and engine unit — so a separate shaft isn’t required for that machine.
If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you’re more than welcome to return it to us for a refund.

Stihl Km hedge 24” hedge cutter end
Excellent quality product
Over the yrs I’ve bought 10 of these km units
I do sharpen them twice a season with a 1.5 mm cutting disc and grind down the spacing tube washer between the blades once a yr to take up the blade wear
So far never had a problem with the gearbox but I do grease it daily with high melting point grease and in hot weather twice a day
