A high performance lawn scarifier
The STIHL RL 540 removes moss and thatch from larger lawns quickly, conveniently, and cordlessly. Proper scarifying aerates the lawn, improves the supply of nutrients, and promotes healthy growth. The scarifying unit is equipped with sturdy, fixed blades to achieve this. Powered by a petrol engine, with a working width of 38cm.
Ergonomic design
Thanks to SmartChoke technology, the petrol engine starts at any temperature with minimal effort. The required working depth can be set on the handlebar between six stages. The unit of the scarifier can be raised or lowered with a simple adjustment of a lever, and easy-running wheels provide good grip and make it easy to manoeuver. The polymer housing is tough, robust, and especially sturdy to long-term use, and is also resistant to heat and UV rays.
Easy transport and storage
For easy transport the housing of the lawn scarifier features a carry handle which also protects the scarifier when the machine comes into contact with obstacle from the lawn. For compact storage the main handlebar folds down over the unit.
