A powerful brushcutter with bike handles for an open garden
The UMK 425 UE from Honda is a straight-shaft brushcutter for tackling undergrowth a lawnmower can’t get to. This model has bike handles which lend to trimming larger gardens as the wider handle distance provides a more stable stance, whilst the handles themselves offer superior grip and control for the user.
A versatile strimmer and brushcutter
A tap & go nylon line head is included with the purchase which is great for trimming grass, with more line being released simply by tapping the head on the ground; a 3-tooth metal blade is also included which is more suited to cutting thick scrub.
Featuring an easy-starting, ultra-efficient petrol engine
The UMK 425 UE is powered by an industry first ultra-efficient GX25 4-stroke petrol engine; the engine is so efficient it can operate at full power for over an hour before needing to be refueled. A mechanical decompression system combined with an ultra lightweight flywheel gives the machine an easy start every time – the rope pull weight is only 7.2 kg!
Design features make for convenient use
All of the controls are intuitively placed for ease of use, and boast a soft-skin coating the dampen vibrations. A unique lubrication system allows the brushcutter to be used and stored through a full 360° without damaging it.
Comfortable operation is ensured
The bike handles are easily adjustable to suit the height of the user and their operating position to limit fatigue. An integrated anti-vibration system and the included double shoulder harness makes long-term use more comfortable. The brushcutter meets EN2006 ecology emission standards meaning its emissions are low, keeping a pleasant environment for the user and others.
A 5 year domestic/1 year commercial warranty with Honda is included, we will register the machine. T&Cs apply.
