The MSA 240.0 TC-O delivers 18% more torque than the MSA 220/220.1, providing greater cutting capability. Its advanced EC motor combines high efficiency with reduced weight, supporting comfortable operation during demanding professional tasks.

The POWER BOOST function provides access to 1.8kW peak electrical output, alongside a standard output of 1.25kW. Meanwhile, CONSTANT POWER technology maintains consistent performance as the battery charge decreases.

The intelligent derating function also protects against overheating by temporarily reducing power when necessary. This allows operators to complete ongoing cuts rather than experiencing an unexpected shutdown.

Lightweight Design and Comfortable Handling

The chainsaw features a compact, balanced top-handle design, helping improve manoeuvrability during professional tree maintenance. When fitted with the recommended ALLPRO AP 200 P battery, its balanced construction helps reduce wrist strain.

The ergonomic handle and soft-grip rear control handle support comfortable two-handed operation. An infinitely variable speed control also allows precise adjustment of cutting performance.

Advanced Oil Monitoring and Efficient Lubrication

An integrated oil sensor with LED warning display alerts operators when insufficient chain oil reaches the cutting attachment. The large LED status display also provides important operating information, including the chain brake position.

The controlled-delivery oil pump can reduce oil consumption by up to 50% when using its economy setting. Additional oil delivery can be selected when cutting particularly dry timber or using longer cutting attachments.

The side-mounted chain tensioning system allows convenient chain adjustment, while captive sprocket cover nuts prevent accidental loss. A tool-free oil tank cap makes refilling straightforward during busy working periods.

The metal bumper spikes provide stability against timber, supporting controlled and accurate cutting. A fold-out suspension hook allows secure attachment when raising or lowering the chainsaw during climbing operations. The protective chain guard covers the cutting attachment and bumper spikes, helping prevent accidental damage during transportation.

The ALLPRO AP 300 P battery offers longer operating times, although its additional weight affects the chainsaw’s balance.
