The mower is powered by a high-capacity Briggs & Stratton 2-cylinder engine, featuring a 724 ccm displacement and delivering up to 27 hp.

Innovative Mower Deck for Precision and Protection

This mower stands out with it’s unique, closed surfing mower deck, designed to elevate upwards to safeguard both the blade and the lawn. This feature ensures the blade avoids ground contact, while the deck’s design allows for precise edge mowing. Additionally, it’s compact turning radius of just 65 cm enhances maneuverability.

Exceptional Mulching Capabilities

Equipped with a cross-blade system, the AS 920 Sherpa 2WD excels in mulching, efficiently handling grass and dense growth up to 1.5 meters high. The dual-blade system, comprising bearing-supported blades and an upper mulching blade, finely shreds grass cuttings, which are safely deposited between the wheels. This design offers improved safety on slopes and wet grass. The cutting heights are adjustable to 5 levels (35–135 cm), with an optional mulch kit available for enhanced results.

The hydrostatic transmission of the AS 920 Sherpa 2WD allows for precise speed adjustments, reaching up to 10.5 km/h forward and 8.2 km/h in reverse. A single lever manages driving, braking, and parking functions, simplifying operation. The mower also features a limited-slip differential for optimal traction and propulsion.
