The Husqvarna British Masters Promotion 2026 applies to qualifying products purchased from Garden Machinery Direct between 17 August and 6 September 2026, inclusive. Purchases made outside this period will not qualify.
Automower® rewards
Customers who purchase a qualifying Automower® during the promotional period can claim a free Automower® House and replacement blade pack. The following models also qualify for cashback:
- Automower® 308V and 312V: free accessories only
- Automower® 405VE NERA: £200 cashback and free accessories
- Automower® 410VE NERA: £200 cashback and free accessories
- Automower® 430V NERA: £200 cashback and free accessories
- Automower® 450V NERA: £300 cashback and free accessories
The cashback and complimentary accessories are supplied through Husqvarna’s approved claims process and are not provided at the point of sale by Garden Machinery Direct.
Making an Automower® claim
Customers must retain their proof of purchase and complete a claim using Husqvarna’s official online claims portal.
All claims must be submitted by 23:59 BST on 6 October 2026. Late claims will not be accepted.
Claims are subject to approval by Husqvarna’s appointed administrator and will be validated following a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. Once a claim has been approved:
- Cashback will be provided by prepaid Visa or Mastercard.
- The free Automower® House and replacement blade pack will be delivered directly to the customer.
Product eligibility, claims and rewards remain subject to Husqvarna’s full promotional terms and successful validation.

What free accessories can I claim?
Every qualifying Automower® purchase includes a free Automower® House and replacement blade pack, supplied directly by Husqvarna following a successful claim.
How much cashback can I receive?
The cashback amount depends on the model purchased: Automower® 405VE NERA: £200 Automower® 410VE NERA: £200 Automower® 430V NERA: £200 Automower® 450V NERA: £300 The Automower® 308V and 312V qualify for the free accessories but do not include cashback.
Can I claim both cashback and the free accessories?
Yes. Customers purchasing one of the qualifying cashback models can claim the applicable cashback as well as the free Automower® House and blade pack.
Is the cashback deducted from the purchase price?
No. Garden Machinery Direct sells the Automower® at the displayed price. Cashback must be claimed separately through Husqvarna and is issued by prepaid Visa or Mastercard following approval.
How do I make an Automower® claim?
Purchase a qualifying Automower®, retain your proof of purchase and submit your details through Husqvarna’s official online claims portal.
When is the claim deadline?
Claims must be submitted by 23:59 BST on 6 October 2026. Claims submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
How long will my claim take to be approved?
Claims are validated by Husqvarna’s appointed administrator following a 30-day cooling-off period from the purchase date. All claims remain subject to approval.
How will I receive my free accessories?
Once your claim has been approved, the Automower® House and replacement blade pack will be dispatched directly to you.
