COBRA QS2800 Electric Garden Shredder (COQS2800)

Effortless Shredding for Everyday Garden Waste

The Cobra QS2800 Quiet Drum Electric Shredder makes processing branches and everyday garden waste considerably easier. Designed for domestic gardens, it combines powerful electric performance with practical features that simplify regular garden clearance.

Its robust 2800W electric motor provides dependable power for tackling accumulated pruning material efficiently. Electric operation also offers straightforward starting, allowing users to begin shredding without the procedures associated with petrol machinery.

Impressive 45mm Branch Capacity

The QS2800 handles branches and suitable garden waste up to 45mm in diameter for capable domestic shredding. This generous capacity makes processing woody material easier after pruning shrubs, trees and other established garden plants.

A quiet drum gear shredding system efficiently breaks down suitable material while keeping operating noise lower. Reduced noise makes the machine particularly appealing for residential gardens where minimising disturbance can improve the overall working experience.

Auto-Feed for Easier Processing

The convenient auto-feed function draws suitable material towards the shredding mechanism during operation. This reduces the effort required to continuously push garden waste through the machine while improving overall convenience.

A useful plunger is supplied for assisting with heavier loads whenever additional support becomes necessary. Together, these features help users process substantial quantities of pruning waste with fewer unnecessary interruptions.

Generous 60-Litre Collection Capacity

Shredded material passes directly into the large 60-litre collection box positioned beneath the machine. Generous capacity means fewer emptying stops when processing larger quantities of garden waste during seasonal clearance work.

Direct collection also helps prevent processed material from accumulating around the machine during operation. This keeps the working area more organised while making the shredded waste easier to manage afterwards.

User-Friendly Controls and Safety Features

The QS2800 incorporates ergonomically positioned controls for convenient access throughout regular shredding tasks. Their accessible placement helps make operation comfortable and straightforward for homeowners managing different quantities of garden waste.

An integrated automatic safety cut-out stops the motor whenever the collection box is removed. This prevents continued operation without the collector correctly positioned, adding an important safety feature to the machine.

A practical reverse function provides additional control when material needs moving backwards through the shredding mechanism. This gives users greater flexibility when managing more challenging material during garden clearance.

Easy Movement Around the Garden

The generous 10-metre power cable provides useful reach when positioning the shredder around suitable working areas. Built-in transport wheels make moving the 27.5kg machine between working locations and storage considerably more manageable.

Combining 2800W power, 45mm shredding capacity and quiet drum technology, the Cobra QS2800 provides capable domestic performance. Its auto-feed function, 60-litre collector and practical safety features make routine garden waste processing simpler.

For regular pruning and seasonal clearances, the QS2800 provides an effective way to reduce bulky garden waste.
