A lightweight chainsaw for versatile cutting in domestic gardens

The DCS-310 is a rear-handle chainsaw with a 30 cm bar ideal for a range of jobs in domestic gardens, including pruning, taking care of fallen branches, and cutting firewood. It has an excellent power to weight ratio for precise and fast cutting whilst also being easy to handle.

Cutting performance is always ensured

The DCS-310 boasts a powerful 1000 W brushless motor and electronic torque control, which automatically increases the motor speed when cutting and optimises power for increased run times, for continued cutting performance.

A well-balanced chainsaw with good comfort features

The saw’s light weight (2.9 kg), compact design, and good weight distribution encourage better manoeuvrability for less operator effort. The rear handle boasts a soft-grip ensuring comfort and good control.

With several built-in features for safe operation

The chainsaw has a soft starting system which is safe even for inexperienced users. The saw chain is designed to limit kickback and vibration, and there is an electronic chain brake for operator protection. Electronic overload protection prevents the machine and the battery from damage in the event of an overload.

There are plenty of advantages to battery power

Quieter operation means you can start earlier and finish later, whilst being more comfortable for the operator and nearby residents; similarly, there are no harmful emissions to cause damage to the user or environment. There is no restrictive cord giving you the freedom to use the saw wherever is needed, and fewer moving parts means less maintenance is required.

Don’t forget the battery and charger

A battery and a charger are required to run the chainsaw, but are sold separately as you may already have these available from your other ECHO battery tools. As with all Garden+ Series machines, the chainsaw is compatible with all 40 V batteries in the range.
