The Makita 191C10-7 ADP10 XGT to LXT Charger Adaptor provides greater flexibility for users operating compatible Makita battery systems. Designed specifically for the Makita DC40RA 40V Max XGT Fast Charger, it enables charging of compatible 18V LXT Li-ion batteries. This allows customers to support suitable LXT batteries using their existing DC40RA charger.

Fast and Efficient LXT Battery Charging

When connected to the DC40RA, the adaptor provides charging performance comparable with the Makita DC18RC charger. Compatible 1.3Ah and 1.5Ah batteries take approximately 15 minutes, while 2.0Ah batteries require around 24 minutes. Charging takes approximately 22 minutes for 3.0Ah batteries and 29 minutes for compatible 4.0Ah batteries. Compatible 5.0Ah and 6.0Ah batteries require approximately 40 minutes, helping minimise waiting between tasks.

Integrated Battery Cooling

During charging, airflow passes through the adaptor to cool the connected battery, supporting efficient charging performance. This cooling process helps optimise charging conditions while the battery is connected to the compatible DC40RA charger. Important Compatibility Information

The ADP10 is developed specifically for use with the DC40RA 40V Max XGT Fast Charger. It is not compatible with BL1430A batteries, Ni-MH batteries or ADP01, ADP02, ADP03 and ADP04 adaptors. Compatibility also excludes the BTC01, BTC02 and BTC03 battery checkers.
