The Mountfield MTF 98M-SD petrol garden tractor powered by a mighty and reliable STIGA ST 350 352cc single cylinder engine with an electric key start, provides the user with exceptional performance to tackle lawns up to 8000m2 in size with ease and efficiency.
Manual transmission for smooth manoeuvrability
Expect smooth manoeuvrability with the MTF 98M-SD garden tractor thanks to manual transmission and the absence of a substantial grass collector at the back of the tractor, which also gives the user greater visibility when reversing the tractor too.
Precision cutting
A wide twin-bladed cutting deck measuring 98 cm ensures the job gets done quicker with the MTF 98M-SD garden tractor. Furthermore the garden tractor provides a 7-height cutting system in which the user can choose between a range of heights starting with 25 mm all the way to 80 mm; delivering a precise cut.
Dedicated side-discharge mower
The MTF 98M-SD garden tractor is a dedicated side-discharge ride-on mower which is ideal for use on fast growing, or unruly grass. There is also an option to purchase a mulching plug separately if the user prefers to have the grass clippings mulched and distributed back onto the grass which provides essential nutrients for the lawn.
Drive in comfort
Equipped with a Mountfield ergonomic steering wheel for ultra comfort and grip, and a Classic seat that is adjustable and features safety contact breaker; the MTF 98M-SD is delightful to drive in. Furthermore, the MTF 98M-SD features a cup holder and storage compartment for added ease when driving in the garden tractor.
