The staff were very helpful when I phoned with regards to my order. Excellent product I have health problems using a normal saw clippers,
The only problem is the bag.
The contents can fall out each end whilst in transit I continue to use the cardboard box which it was delivered in.

This little machine is an absolute godsend for me. I can no longer manage a full size hedge cutter at 77 years but with this cutter I can easily and leisurely trim several hedges in my garden to a very good standard. I thoroughly recommend this machine.
