An agile pedestrian brushcutter for the toughest jobs
The AS 62 pedestrian brushcutter is designed to mow and mulch high grass; it excels on terrain with many obstacles, ideal for private customers as well as service providers, particularly useful for meadow orchards. It has a cross-blade system with a large 61 cm working width and an impressive cutting performance of high growth 50 – 100 cm high.
Fitted with a Briggs & Stratton engine
The brushcutter mower is equipped with a reliably performing Briggs & Stratton 850 E-Series I/C engine and delivers 5.7 hp with a displacement of 190 cm3. The engine shaft is separated from the blade shaft to protect the engine from damage should the blade collide with rocks or roots.
Excellent manoeuvrability even over uneven terrain
The unit has variable speed drive which means no effort is required to push the machine, reducing user fatigue especially when mowing over uneven ground; the operator can choose a drive speed 1.9 – 4 km/h to suit. Large reinforced wheels and movable front wheels assist with easy manoeuvrability and ensure durability. The mowing deck is conically tapered to ensure uniform lateral flow.
A comfortable handlebar and easy transport
The V-handlebar comes fitted with VibrationPoint technology that reduces hand-arm vibration to a minimum; it can also be adjusted to suit the height of the user. The handlebar can be easily folded down for compact transport – even in a passenger vehicle.
